Maintenance of Garden daily in all respects like removal of weeds, removal of debris in and carrying debries to suitable places immediately so as to keep the area neat and clean , including watering the plants , trimming the plants , edge cutting, putting gravel & organic manure etc. ( water , gravel and organic manure will supplied by the Department ) , as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour, tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete The contractor has to submit suitable methodology for the execution of work along with list of number of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining including labour records shall be maintained by the contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. ( The contractor should deploy minimum 11(Eleven ) number of labours daily) ( note : Male shall be 5 Nos and female be 6 ) . the labours shall also work any other places as directed by Engineer in charge .

Deployment of One Skilled/clerical person to supervision of the work inside wharf area. All registers pertaining to the work including records shall be maintained by the supervision.
