The runners having air cell cushioning pads to be placed on the vapor barrier in the perfect level at 300 mm c/c in one direction. The surface Boards will be pneumatic nailed to the runners through the tongue only and will-lock the screwed Tongue by the groove at the adjoining boards. Expansion gab of 8 to 10 mm will be left open between the flooring and surrounding Tiled area/walls. After installation the floor to be sanded using belt sander using abrasive of 36, 60, 80 & 120, in uniform level, apply base coat (One Coat) of two component high solid content water based primer that meets the slip resistance required by EN standard, allow the floor to dry for 8 hours, then buff the floor using fine sand papers and then finishing the maple wood floor with 2 coats of anti-skid DIN certified and FIBA approved Polyurethane lacquer having abrasion resistance of at least 21 mg or below/1000 revolution tested using CS10 Abrasion Wheels. Game line marking to be carried out in required colors using Single Component Pigmented PU Water Based Paint before applying the final finish coat. |
