Deployment of self propelled mechanical road vacuum based sweeping machine (as per technical specification sheet attached), only CNG/electric powered machine is to be deployed) including its maintenance T&P, consumables (fuel, driver, helper etc.) for cleaning of roads.

Deploying of Environmental Assistants for Cleaning and sweeping of berms, footpath and other inaccessable portions of sweeping machine. i/c removing of vegetaion and grass/bushes from roads, berms and parking area etc. and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.)

Disposal of building malba/ C&D waste/silt garbage etc. by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground C&D waste processing facility for all leads and lifts, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The item is applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Note: 1. The broad specifications of the self-propelledvacuum based road sweeping machine has been mentioned on page no. 117. The bidder has to deploy machines covering all specifications as mentioned.2. The daily milage to be covered by mechanical road sweeping machine shall be 80 Kms. Agency has to deploy adequate number of road sweeping machines to cover the length of roads. Failure to cover the milage of 80 Kms shall attract penalty as per penalty clauses.3.
