Cutting and removing the complete rusted poriton of steel Dump barge (25 Ton) belongs to Port dept. by using gas cutting & making the structure surface perfect in level to facilitate fabricate new structurals & M.S plate without any deviation in original alignment and design stacking the cut pieces and removed structurals / materials within a lead of 50 mts as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, materials, transportation charges etc, complete.

Fabrication and assembling of steel structural by cutting / removing as well as by addition to the structure to strength existing structure of the Dump barge with various sizes of M.S. plates, angles, flats, seamless pipes and other steel structurals using welding with 4 mm advani orlikan make over cord-s electrodes and gas welding as per direction of the EIC including painting, hire charges and running expenses of welding generator set, cost of all labour charges, minor tools, cost of electrodes, gas cylinders, including cost of Steel Plate and other steel struturals required for the work etc, complete.

Painting inside / out side of the cleaned surface of the craft with one coat of approved marine quality ready mixed zincromate primer and two coats of marine quality antifouling bitumen based colour paints over the surface steel crafts, as directed by the Engineer in Charge including cost of all labour charges, painting , cost of colour paints and thinner brushes, minor tools etc; complete

Fixing of Sacrificing Zinc Anodes 20cmx8cmx5cm below water level of Dump barge as directed by EIC, the rate is inclusive the cost of anodes, labour charges and consumable items required for its fitment etc complete

Providing all Old truck tyre as a fender in the side of barge with G.I Chain & D Shackle etc., inclusive the cost of tyres, G.I Chain & D Shackle labour charges and consumable items required for its fitment etc complete.

Launching of the Dump Barge from the existing beached position to sea at Kadmath, floating & berthing safely along the jetty / safe anchorage without any damage as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, pullies, 'D' shackles etc; but excluding hire charges of winch with sleepers, rollers, which will be supplied by the department on free of cost etc; complete.
