| 6 | SITC of decorative pole shall be made out of Mild Steel tube as per attached drawing. Total height of the pole shall be 3000mm nominal above the ground. The complete pole shall be of 100mm dia x 3.0mm thickness x 3000 mm long. The base plate shall be of dimension dia 250mm and thickness 10mm and joined with the pole by welding joint with the help of stiffeners. A built in service window shall be provided to accommodate a 6 amp SP MCB and 32 amp heavy duty connector for mains connections in the bottom part of the pole as shown in the attached drawing. The decorative pole shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface. The decorative pole shall be duly pretreated by shot blasting process and coated with high end epoxy primers and top coat in UV ray resistant polyurethane/Polyester coating in approved colour shade. The Coating on the pole shall be baked in oven at required temperature and parameters. The DFT of coating on pole shall be 90 microns (minimum). The coating on pole and bracket shall pass minimum 300 salt spray hours. Wind pressure calculation shall be done as per IS875 for wind speed of 180 km/hr. The contractor has to specify pole manufacturers name and manufacturing facility details in technical bid. The pole manufacturer shall have inhouse facility for pole fabrication consisting of Laser cutting machine, Pole fabrication and Mig welding plant, shot blasting machine, Oven to bake required pole and bracket. The EIC will visit the plant to ascertain the required plant and machinery at manufacturers facility. Make-Homedec Lighting Item Cat No- HL-MSP-241 (3000 MM)/TWINKLE Luminaries CAT No-3 mtr. The effective Width & Height of the Led Post Top Light shall be dia 600mm x 440mm respectively. The Led Post Top Light shall be in 60w LED. Translucent Polycarbonate Diffuser shall be fitted in the Led Post Top Light. Integrated suitable BIS approved LED Driver shall be fitted inside the Led. Post Top Light having efficiency >85%, power factor shall be>0.95, THD<=10%, with driver standard voltage withstand range of 100-300V AC and inbuilt surge protection of min 4KV. The Luminaire shall have external surge protection device of 10KV. Led shall be Osram/Seoul/Cree/Bridgelux or equivalent reputed make and shall have luminous efficacy of more than 140 Lm/Watt. System luminous efficacy shall be more than 90 Lm/Watt. The CCT of Led shall be 3000/4000/6000K as required by engineer in charge. The shape and sizes of the Led Post Top Light shall be as per attached drawing. System life of 50,000 burning hours with 70% of initial lumens maintained. The Led Post Top Light shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface and shall be coated in UV ray resistant Polyurethane/ Polyester coating in approved colour shade. The Coating on the Led Post Top Light shall be baked in oven at required temperature and parameters. The contractor has to specify pole/Luminaire manufacturers name and manufacturing facility details in technical bid. The pole manufacturer shall have in house testing facility for Post Top light luminaire viz- LM-79, IP-65, IK-06. Oven to bake coating required luminaire. The EIC will visit the plant to ascertain the required testing equipments, plant and machinery. Following third party test reports will be required with the material.
