| 18 | Provision for removal of malba, heap of soil mixed with stone, plant chunks, vegetation growth and outer refused including excavation of malba, shorting of useful material (as RR stones for reuse in masonry work) collection with proper manner and disposal of refused out of 500 mtr from site by mechanical transportation including loading and unloading with all the labour material and T&P required proper completion of work at the site. |
| 19 | Provision for restoration/underpinning work of disturb , damaged, out of plumb , cracked brick work with old lakhauri/country brick with mortar of ratio 1:1:1 lime, surkhi and C.sand with mixing of Gur/sheera, Dry Gum, Dry belgiri etc. Including removing of damaged ruined masonry work, racking dead mortar, washing of surface, filling of joints and cracks etc. Its also including core treatment with filling of liquid lime mortar. | 21 | Provision for 50mm nominal thickness lime plaster work for flooring work over lime concrete base with mortar of ratio 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1Surkhi: 1 coarse sand) with mixing of gur/sheera, dry gum, dry belgiri etc. Lime plaster flooring work will be laid by making expansion joints of thickness not more than 5mm as required. | 22 | Provision for 20 to 30mm (25mm nominal thickness) lime plaster work in plain and simple molded with mortar of ratio 1:1:1 lime, surkhi, coarse sand with mixing of gur/ sheera, dry gum, dry belgiri etc. Plaster work to be executed in to coats as required after carefully removing of dead, decayed and salt effected lime plaster with carefully washing and cleaning surface.
