| 1 | Work Description:Complete overhauling of both Port and Starboard DAF propulsion engines manufactured by DAF (Holland), attached with Propulsion Unit Model HRP-200 (Well Type) on W.B. Lily, of Type: DKS 1160 M, Spec. No. 447822, Governed Speed: 2000 RPM, Output: 220 kW, Injection Timing: 260° before T.D.C., Pump Setting: 190.1 cm³, including supply and replacement of all required spare parts, consumables, and associated accessories. The work shall include thorough dismantling, cleaning, inspection, repair, renewal of worn-out components, reassembly, alignment, testing, and commissioning as per OEM standards.Scope of Work (Indicative):1. Full dismantling of both engines and cleaning of all major components.2. Inspection of engine block, crankshaft, camshaft, liners, pistons, connecting rods, cylinder head, and fuel injection system.3. Replacement of required spare parts, including but not limited to:i Cylinder liners, pistons, piston ringsii Bearings (main & connecting rod)iii Gaskets and sealsiv Fuel injectors/nozzlesv Filters (fuel, oil, air)vi Belts, hoses, and rubber partsvii Cooling system components4. Servicing of fuel pump, turbocharger, cooling system, and lubrication system.5. Reassembly and alignment as per OEM guidelines.6. Pressure testing, performance trials, and engine tuning after completion.7. Submission of overhaul report, including measurement sheets, test results, and list of replaced parts. All works to be carried out under the supervision/direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) and in accordance with marine maintenance standards. |
