Dismantling the existing old/damaged almirah handle and providing and fixing new almirah handle of approved make and quality including necessary screws, nuts, bolts, drilling and proper fitting etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of old steel almirah with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, including surface preparation, cleaning, rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Repairing of old steel almirah including straightening of bent portions, tightening of screws, repairing of shutters, hinges, handles, locks and other minor fittings, welding if required and making the almirah in proper working condition, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
