Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. one or more coat applied of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in ceiling and slopy roof : Old work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete
