| 1 | Excavation in foundation (trenches for M/holes) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil,un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic,night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge witnin all leads and lifts. |
| 2 | Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres complete in all respects as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge witnin all leads and lifts. |

| 4 | Laying push-on-joints to Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and the cost of Ruber Gaskets Conforming to I.S 5382 of S.B.R quality 150mm dia. complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Providing , Laying, Jointing & Testing of PVC Pipe 160 diameter working pressure not less than 6.00Kg/Sqm i/c filling the joints with approved adhesive, clamps etc. complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge witnin all leads and lifts [Diplast/Finolex make]. |
| 6 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth i/c carriage of material complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts. |
| 7 | Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-In foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 8 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batterns and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like i/c attached pillasters, butresses plinth and string course complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge. |

| 10 | Providing and laying reinforcement cement concreate work 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand:3 graded Stone 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work: In walls(any thickness) and not less than 0.10 mtr thickness attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level up to floor two level complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts. |
| 11 | Providing and laying Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 12 | Providing & fixing of precast RCC (SFRC) manhole cover with frame conforming to IS specifications Code- 12592 Part-I & II with latest amendment (Heavy duty) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the directions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
