Re-arrangement, fitting and integration of serial HyperTerminal interface to provide 06 nos of EMC-95A based Belt weighers of CHP Phase-I to Chhattisgarh mining software Khanij 2.0Scope of work will include: i. Repairing of existing media connectivity from Beltweighers to CHP Control room along with necessary modification and updation of individual mod-weigh transmitters for receiving of MODBUS RTU data of beltscales. ii. Supply of programmed module and necessary components to implement serial hyperterminal interface to provide data of EMC-95A based beltscale to Chhattisgarh Mining software as mutually agreed with Chhattisgarh Mining department.iii. Following beltscale data will be sent to the PC:1. TPH in tons/hr2. Belt speed in mtrs/sec3. Belt Load in kgs/mtr4. Totalizer in tons.iv. Provide commissioning support from remote.v. Remote support during testing of the provided system along with CG mining personnel.
