OD214587/2024-2025:Comprehensive AMC of Desktop Computers for 1 year. Hardware :- includes actual components / assemblies / sub assemblies of PC, hard disk, monitor, mouse, key board, CPU, SMPS, cabinet etc. This would also include the accessories and connectors / calves /cords and all other physical appliances required to run the computer. Services :- includes regular preventive maintenance including periodic diagnostics tests to ensure all the components and services are working efficiently. Wherever a component has to be replaced, it shall be replaced with the same make and same / better configuration. if the same make and configuration is not available for any reason, the replacement shall conform to open standards and specifically approved by the Assistant Engineer, PWD Electronics section.
