| 1 | Servicing of ceiling fans of capacity 1200/1400mm including taking down from site , dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directedNote :- Rewinding and supply of replaced parts other than specified in this item, if any, shall be measured and paid seperately. |
| 2 | Dismantling ceiling fan motor 1400/1200 mm sweep any make and taking out burnt winding by cutting, cleaning slouts and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm/1400mm of any make of fan with super enameled heat resistant copper winding wire of gauge 35/36 SWG including, sleeve work, varnishing with 1st class insulation, greasing, threading, connection with flexible wire 0.472 mm copper wire upto connector block and re-assembling and testing for 4 Hrs after repair complete all as specified and directed. (Repairs will be measured and paid for separately under respective items)Notes:- (i) Fan shall be collected by the contractor from MES store yard at thier own arrangement. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only and repair of exhaust fan shall be undertaken inside complex office of GE(S) Mamun. (iii) Super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used of make Khaitan /RPG / KEI or equivalent shall only be used. (iv) Total weight of binding wire should not be less than 200 gm per fan. Old burnt, retrieved binding wire for credit shall also be taken not less than 200 gm per fan. Contractor shall keep this aspect in mind before quoting the rate.(v) Rates are deemed to include cost of repair /servicing & replacement of minor spare part i.e. blade screws, capacitors, terminal connections, split pin, spring washers etc. |
| 3 | Servicing of exhuast fans of capacity upto 380mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
