Term Contract for Artificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES standard Schedule of Rates Part-I, 2009 (specifications) together with amendment No 1 to 3 and MES standard Schedule of Rates Part-II, 2020 (Rates) together with amendments 01 to 122 (as applicable upto the date and time of bid submission end date) and General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendments No 1 to 49 forming part of tender document during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of ACCEPTANCE at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates. OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of Condition 62 of IAFW - 2249. Notes :(i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 4th row and 5th column of this BOQ excel sheet.(ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess(+) or less(-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below MES standard Schedule of rates Part-II, 2020.(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only being Term Contract Separate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. The work orders is to be priced at rates given in SSR duly adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.(iv) Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Excess / Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer. However, the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount shown in BOQ.(v) Contractor's attention is invited to Condition 4 (A) and Condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 (General Conditions of Contracts ) which shall strictly be followed.(vi) If 0 (Zero) percentage is offered the rate shall be reckoned as net (at par) with SSR Part - II 2020.(vii) If no percentage is offered the tender shall be considered as \\"BLANK\\".
