M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed using power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for(Bituminious Mecadam) 75mm or less compacted thickness (Consolidated thickness) in single layer using binder content as per mix design (min 4%) by weight of total mix, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 having Marshall stability not less than 1200kg using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and roller of type & capacity all as specified in MoRTH and TI 09/2009 complete all as specified and directed.
