| 2 | Material and labour of point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and multistranded copper conductor cable (ISI marked) in PVC concealed conduit (ISI marked) of size 20 mm min dia/ and PVC conduit fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers including cutting & chasing and FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor mulistranded earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size with modular sheet for fixing modular switches/sockets etc for one light point / fans/ bell point controlled by one 1-way switch complete all as directed. |

| 13 | Material and labour for submain wiring complete with 2 x 16 sqmm (nominal area) FR, PVC insulated, unsheathed and multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, and 1 x 16 sqmm as earth wire in existing conduit and including PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia, medium grade and conduit fitting such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers etc in replacement complete all as directed. |
| 14 | Supply and fixing in replacement of Ventilating fan 250/200 mm sweep plastic body type including self cosing louver and making all electric connections complete all as directed. |

| 16 | Supply and fixing in replacement in replacement of metal enclosure AC Socket with 25 Amps SP mini MCB, 230 Volts, 50Hz. In 4 module sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | S&F in replacement of MCB DB conforming to IP 43 - IK 09 with double door, SPN 16 way 230 Volt double door complete with din rail, Neutral and Earthing bar after taking out the old unserviceable DBs, connection complete and making good the disturbed surfaces. |
| 18 | Supply and fixing in replacement in replacement of MCB 'B' Curve type, 10 kA, 6 to 32 Amp, Single Pole with over load and short circuit protection complete all as directed. |
| 19 | Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB incommer Distribution Board ( Vertical Load line DB) double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, VTPN 04 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCCB as incommer and MCB as outgoing and making all necessary connections and taking out the old unserviceable DB complete all as directed. |
