Grass cutting through jungle jim on shoulder of the Runway (02/20 & 08/26), taxi tracks, over run area and adjacent areas as necessary including cleaning away all grass, vegetation sapling, shrubs, bush weed, undergrowth, roots, trees not exceeding 20 cm girth and removing rubbish etc., complete to a distance of exceeding 4.00 KM but not exceeding 5.00 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.Note: - i) The scope of work is to be carried out near Runway which is a Restricted Area. The contractor will be permitted to execute works within time schedule permitted depending on flying Schedule of the Controlling Authorities. As such Contractor claim of handing over site in piecemeal at later stages will not be acceptable.ii) Whenever Controlling Authorities permit to carryout works catered in Scope of Tender, the Contractor shall mobilize required Tools & Plants, Material and Labour and execute the works required as per requirement within the time frame, failing which penalty of Rs. 5000/- per activity of works will be imposed and deducted from RAR / Final Bill which ever is claimed earlier.
