The OEM on behalf of bidder will warranty that product supplied under the contract are newly made and are free from defects in the design, engineering and workmanship. The Contractor would be responsible for the up keep and maintenance of the on-grid 15KW roof top Solar Power Plants in the existing office building & Installation of ESE Lightning protection system and necessary deliverables under the scope of work during the entire warranty period, i.e. 3 years from the date of final acceptance of the system by the user.
