Supplying, Installation, commissioning and testing of Horizontal Split casing centrifugal pump set having discharge of 1932 m3/hr against a total head 67 mtrs., efficiency not less than 80% (Jyoti//Mather and Platt/Kirloskar/WPIL) make as per IS:1520-1980/IS:5659 of 1970 with up to date amendments read with IS:9137-1978 or latest addition suitable for lifting Clear Water for under mentioned characteristics with Bronze impeller casing ring and shaft sleeve of bronze shaft of steel grade EN 8 with cast iron casing coupling directly through rigidly fixed with bolt on a M.S base plate to squirrel cage induction motor (ABB/ Kirloskar/ Siemens/ Jyoti/ Crompton Greaves) make operated on 11 KV ± 15%, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM AC supply, 3 phase fan cooled the power of electric motor should be at least 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+) 10% & (-) 25% of the duty point head. The motor should be as per IS : 325-1978 with up to date amendments read with IS: 900-1972 including required size of C.I.D.F sluice valve, zero velocity valve, foot valve, pressure gauge etc. all complete.

Supplying and fitting all labour tools & tackles for making MS suction line 450 mm dia and delivery line 350 mm dia by all required materials such as MS bend, MS Flange, Rubber packing, nut bolt etc along with jointing delivery pipe line with header pipe by cutting, welding, threading etc all complete as per direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and testing 450 mm dia M.S heavy duty expansion joint on suction pipe line make ISI marked.

Supplying, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 11KV HT indoor type floor mounted cubical panel including 3 nos. vacuum Circuit Breaker horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out type (1 no. incoming and 2 nos. outgoing feeders) for operating 3 nos. 11 KV HT pump set as per details provided in Annexure-1.

Supplying and laying 400 mm2 x 3 core, 11 KV XLPE, HT aluminium cable, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 kA for 1 sec.) cores laid up inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable from sub-station to 11 KV VCB panel. Make - Polycab/ Havells/ KEI or any reputed make ISI marked.
Providing and Making Chemical Earthing work dy doing new earth pit, masonry work 80 mm dia electrode 5 meters length ,anti corrosive conductive compound etc. as per I.E rules. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
