Material and labour for point wiring in concealed conduit using approved colour coding as per IS, with multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area), single core, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable drawn through and including non metalic/metalic heavy duty concealed/Surface conduit and including replacement of its fittings including all tees, bell mouth pieces and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes ISI marked with MS/GI sunken boxes of any module from 2 to 18 module with earth dolly coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and externally including modular cover plates with frame i.e. inner and outer plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for power point controlled by one switch including 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs for one power point/ controlled by one MCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair sheet metal enclosure SP with two pin and earth plug and socket including metal clad top with one single pole, MCB 20 Amps, 'B' curve, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 4.0 sq mm drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium grade 25 mm dia concealed conduit with accessories on wall or ceiling with one additional PVC insulated , stranded copper conductor FRLSH of 4.0 sqmm,green colour for earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and testing of storage type heater (Geyser) of 25 Litres Capacity, vertical type to sustain high pressure upto 8 bars with fixing bolts / fastener, necessary PCC/cement work and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface giving electric and water connection, with temperature resistent SS braided pipe suitable to sustain pressure up to 8 bar not less than 60 Cm long suitable for incoming / out going water connections and testing after installation to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete with following specifications : - (a) 5 Star rated (Vertical type) Necessary BEE cerificate from OEM shall be produced by the contractor at the time of sample approval. (b) ABS Body(c) Glass line coated tank (Ferro-glass technology) .(d) Incoloy glass coated heating element. (e) Adjustable thermostat. (f) Temperature indicator . (g) Safety Valve. (h) Protection for overheating/over pressure. NOTE : - Warranty certificate/Test certificate to be produced by the contractor from OEM for the following components before processing the bill.
