Mechanized cleaning of vegetation and grass around the Runway/Taxi track and link roads of Runway within Air Force Station Panagarh by providing 01 No tractor except sundays and holidays not less than 35 H.P capacity with 'D' type Jungle jim having steel chain & in built gear box (including 01 No driver having valid licence, 01 No helper, necessary fuel, oil, lubricant, etc and removing of debrises, stone metal etc from work at site) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(a) When the running hours is not a full hour or in multiple of a hour but involves a fraction of a hour, then payment payble for that fraction shall be proportional to the quarter hours involved.(b) Daily log sheet/log book to be maintained commensurate with users duly signed by SATCO. A certificate as per Appx 'A' enclosed to the tender documents, and to be enclosed claiming running payment/Final Bill(c) No claim shall be entertained if the tractor is not requied for full working days or any days as directed by Engr-in-charge and not ordered by users.(d) Two tractors per day may be ordered as and when required and directed. Contractor to arrange accordingly without any extra cost. Payment shall be made at contract rate per tractor. (e) Detail measurement with location entered in measurement book before payment.(f) Document of tractor, valid driving licence of driver and document of helper & driver shall be submit before commencement of work.

Mechanized cleaning of vegetation and grass around the Runway/Taxi track and link roads of Runway within Air Force Arjan Singh by providing 01 No bush cutter (four stroke not and less than 1.00 KW engine power and two blade cutter type) except sundays and holidays (including 01 No operator, necessary fuel, oil, lubricant, etc and removing of debrises, stone metal etc from work at site) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including removing of material obtained from cutting & cleaning.Note : (i) When the running hours is not a full hour or in multiple of a hour but involves a fraction of a hour, then payment payble for that fraction shall be proportional to the quarter hours involved.(ii) Daily log sheet/log book to be maintained commensurate with users duly signed by SATCO. A certificate as per Appx 'A' enclosed to the tender documents, and to be enclosed claiming running payment/Final Bill(iii) No claim shall be entertained if the T&P is not requied for full working days or any days as directed by Engr-in-charge and not ordered by users.(iv) Two or more T&P per day may be ordered as and when required and directed. Contractor to arrange accordingly without any extra cost. Payment shall be made at contract rate per unit.(v) Detail measurement with location entered in measurement book before payment.

M&L for preparation of previously treated surface to receive painting and applying water based road/runway pavement marking paint as in painting lines, dashes, arrows letters etc on roads/ runway pavement and the like exceeding 10 cm width or girth with white, black or golden yellow or orange colour till standout boldly and solidly without showing brush marks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid in panels and forming construction joints of 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade-'A' as in path and hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement including filling joints with bitumen and sand mix after demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Cost of sealing compound grade-'A' shall be included in this item)
