Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, all kind of cement concrete tiles & concret padding & backing, cement plaster from roof surfaces (of any thickness) etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding/ levelling finish even and smooth etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for applying Smartcare Damp proof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof: water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. (ii) The undiluted 2nd & 3rd coatings needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile to be sandwiched between them. (iii) After that final 4th coating shall be applied. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed.Notes:-(a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only.(b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work.(c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer.(d) The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of GE.
