Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coats of cement base paint including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Preparation of old surfaces of concrete any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair surfaces of brick in two separate coats (10 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick top coat) using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rates deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding upto height 12 mtr at required places. no additional payment will be made on this account |
| 12 | Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed |

| 19 | Material and labour for preparation of surface wall for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Deopt Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
