Foundation Construction of RCC shallow foundation with Base footing for erection of high mast Tower by earthwork in excavation of foundation trench approx. 1.2m x 1.2m x 1.5m reinforced steel used in foundation 10 mm tor both ways as per direction of E.I.C including removing spoils and necessary trimming the site of trench levelling dressing and bottom after that piceked jhamma bricks soiling and dressing bed levelling and filling joints after that distribution rods proper size stirups, binder etc. and vertically MS rods 12 mm dia foundation of 8 nos and with two ways stirups 8 mm dia tor @150mm c/c Spacing including binding with 16 SWG black anneals wire steel shuttering and placement of not less than 5 nos (53 mm dia x 1200 mm long) foundation bolt with anchor plate of strength and ready mix concrete of M25 grade with graded stone chips 20 mm as per IS 10262 and IS 456 (proportion 1:1:2)complete and water rigidity next 7 days considering the safe soil bearing Capacity of 10T/ sqm.

Supplying of 200 Wp Mono PERC PV module with IEC 61215,IEC 6173-1,2 compliance with any IS MNRE approved.

Supplying of 50 W Luminaries comprise of : a)50 W LED with minimum colour temperature (CCT)5500-6500k minimum typical luminous lux 150Lm/W i.e,minimum 3600Lm (Philips/osram/ equivalent reputed make with BIS certificate).b) Charge controller with MPPT and efficiency > 92% and it should have over charge protection, deep discharge protection, Battery reverse polarity protection, Load short circuit protection, Open circuit protection, panel reverse polarity protection, Over temperature protection.c) Automatic dusk to drawn controlling system to monitor LED operation.d) With/Witout Dimmer arrangement

Supplying of 12.8V,100 Ah LITHIUM FERRO PHOSPHATE (LiFePO 4) Batteries having BIS certificate). The batteries should have battery Management system (BMS) with higher life expectancy, longer cycle life, low discharge rate and fast charging facilities. Battery should provide 12 Hrs battery backup. The battery must be provided with GI out door type battery box/ Inbuilt in Luminaries

Earthing with 50mm dia G.I Pipe 3.64 mm, thick x 3.04Mtr long and 1 x 4 SWG G.I (Hot Dip) wire ( 4Mtr Long) 13mm dia x 80mm (Long G.I bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15mm dia G.I Pipe protection ( 1Mtr Long ) to be fitted with bitumen partly under the ground level & party above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65Mtr. Below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed.
