Dressing and chilchalling Road flanks including cutting and filling with earth up to 150 mm average thickness finished with outward cross-grade of 1 in 30.

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level, and filling joints with local sand

Supplying and laying Polythene sheet.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Hire & labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs. Beams, columns , lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (up to roof of ground floor) (f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Protective work with walling with eucalyptus Bullah 1.8m (av) high on piling 150 mm dia and 4.50m long driven 2.70m (av) below G.L. and 350 mm centre to centre including fitting fixing 3 nos. of half bullah pieces (from 10 cm dia) including cost of necessary nails, bolts, nuts etc and providing 2 to 3m long half bullah ties of 10cm dia @ 2.25 m centre to centre fixed with 10 cm dia bullah posts driven 1.5m below G.L. including cost of all materials and two coat of coal tarring to all bullah etc complete as per direction

Supplying earth filled cement bags in good condition & filling empty cement bags with earth and placing them in position including tying or sewing mouth (cost of thread included) and all incidental charges complete including cost of earth and gunny bags.
