| 1 | Consultancy charges for heat load design of HVAC system as per enclosed ambient conditions of existing Terminal building of Ayodhya Airport by specialized agency/consultant using HAP /latest software and applicable tools etc. including visit at site to collect details of building/data , submission of heat load calculation in hard copy as well as in soft copy area wise and as total heat load of building . The heat load of building shall be designed in two parts (i) Total heat load along with effect of sky light (ii) Total heat load without effect of sky light etc. complete as required. |

The EER at 100% load shall be not be less than 3.73 for 20 HP outdoor unit heat pump suitable to operate from 380-415 volt, 50 Hz,3 phase AC power supply complete with individual controller and fittings with factory wired, tested with all neccessary controls and filled with first charge of refrigerent before delivering at site , connection & termination including complete as per enclosed technical specifications. Outdoors units of the VRV system shall be compact air cooled type.The outdoor units shall be suitable to operate within an ambient temperature range of \\"-5 Deg C to 52 Deg C\\" in cooling mode; & \\"-15 Deg C to 15.5 Deg C\\" in heating mode.The VRV/VRF units must be capable so that refrigerent piping between outdoor unit & the indoor units shall be extendable up to 165 Meter with maximum level difference between outdoor unit & indoor units of 90 m and level difference between two indoor units shall be maximum up to 30 Meter . The compressor should be OEM manufactured/ as per OEM of unit. Including supply and installation of painted suitable size and strength MS frame for outdoor unit etc complete as required.20 HP Outdoor Unit Heat Pump ( As per OEM higher capacity only up to 10% of mentioned capacity is acceptable without any extra cost ) |

The indoor unit shall be suitable to vertically connect to accoustic insulated powder quoated rectangular / square GI duct.
