| 5 | Providing & laying 1:2:4 ( 1 cement ,2 coarse sand & 4 graded stone aggregate of not more than 20mm nominal size )cement concrete work for foundation for 30 KVA DG Set Bed i/c cost of materials, excavation of warth surface, shuttering , finishing & plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement & 3 fine sand) to give smooth & even surface i/c plastering all the surfaces above G.L complete as reqd. Note: As per site requirement Cement Concrete Work is to be done , for raising, Extesnion of existing Bed or a new DG Bed |

| 7 | Supplying and fixing 63 Amp 4 pole onload Changeover switch with MS Enclosure suitable for operation on 415V, 50 HZ AC Supply on surface of wall in cubicle panel, making connections,earthing etc. as required. |
| 8 | Laying and fixing of one number 3.5 x 50 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade on poles/for loops /in control panels/in DBs/in side canopy/meter panels etc as required. |
| 9 | Dismnatling of the Existing 15 KVA/30KVA/40 KVA DG Set from the bed complete with Pipe lines, Oil Tank, power cables etc and shifting to a safer place in the exchange premises as required. |
| 10 | Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm in following manners. |
| 11 | a) Direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. |
| 12 | b) On wall surface as required with clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp. |
| 13 | c) In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe. |
| 14 | d) In the existing masonry open duct. |
| 15 | Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Upto 35 sq. mm in following manners. |
| 16 | b) Additional power cable direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. |
| 17 | c) On wall surface with clamped with 1mm thick saddle. |
| 18 | d) In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe. |
| 19 | Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. |
| 20 | Supplying & Laying 25 mm x 5 mm G I strip at 0.5 meter below ground as strip earth electrode i/c connection termination with nut bolts spring washers etc as required. |
| 21 | Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. |
