Providing, replacement & testing of hydraulic hoses of diameter 19mm SAE100R15 (pressure rating 6000 PSI) (Gates/ Parker/ equivalent make) of cumulative length of 40mtrs for boom and arm hydraulic circuits, etc. The hoses are to be cut to requisite sizes as per the directions of Engineer in charge, fitted with adopters at both ends which are to be retrieved from exiting worn out pipes. Hose crimping may be carried out using departmental hose crimping machine.

Providing, replacement & testing of hydraulic hoses of dia. 12mm SAE100R15 (6000 PSI) of Gates/ Parker/ equivalent make of cumulative length of 24mtrs for swing cylinders, hydraulic system, etc. The hoses are to be cut to requisite sizes as per the directions of Engineer in charge, fitted with adopters at both ends which are to be retrieved from exiting worn out pipes. Hose crimping may be carried out using departmental hose crimping machine.
