Manufacturing , Supplying and erection of Pre- Fabricated steel rectangular Hollow sections with puff insulated pannels 50mm thick for walls of size including primer , paint etc. The panels shall be insered one by one in to \\"U\\" shaped ground track of size 52.50x55x5mm and made from G.I sheet/sheet coil. The height up to false ceiling should be 9.5 feet with columns(100 x 100 x 4.0mm) with base plate (300 x 300 x 5mm) on top and bottom anchored with foundation,Double howe truss(40 x 40 x 2.6mm)L=13'-0\\" ,purlins(100 x 50 x 2.5mm) and roofing with 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) colour coated sheets with necessary fixing arrangements wall cladding made with double skin puff isolated 50mm thick 0.50mm thick precoated / procoloured sheet at both sides of the pannel fitted with puff of high density of 40 Kg/cum and quality (make Sintex/Isollyd/Jindal/) or equivalent. False ceiling of calcium Silicate tiles over frame work of M.S. Channel (Aluminium powder coated). Doors and windows of Aluminium (powder coated 3mm thickness for frames and 2mm thickness for shutters with 5mm thick glass (including flush moulding in corner) .Aluminium grills to window opening and fly proof wire gauge including all fixtures and fittings ,vitrified tile flooring (600 x 600 mm) . along with foundation bolts/Anchor bolts as per site .Complete job of electrification as per CPWD specifications including 1 celling fan ,1 power point and 1 computer point in every 100 square feet and ( Providing and fixing )by using quality products (anchor/havels/bajaj/crompton or Equivalent (complete Job)(All steel members including like Purlins, Posts,Rafters etc. shall be welded with Fillet welding,L-cleats).

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
