Repairs to 40 HP Suzuki OBM of Aluminum Boat-1st at Jetty yard near bank of river Jhelum by way of removing of top cover, removing of fly wheel shield, intake manifold for disengaging of carburetor, cleaning of starting relay using standard cleaning agent to drive out moisture and foreign materials. Refitting back after ensuring proper cleaning and drying of dismantled parts. The job also includes replacement of damaged fuses and 03no spark plugs (resistor type) and then testing on full load.

Replacement of damaged Transmission lower unit for 40 HP OBM with new one as per sample for the completion of work.

Repairs to Self-starter by way of dismantling/ disengaging of complete unit from engine, its disassembling, washing/ cleaning of all parts using standard cleaning agent and dry cloth, de-carbonizing of assembly unit, replacement of carbon brush set and battery leads, terminals etc. Its refitting and testing thereof.

Repairs to the Aluminum propeller three wing type of Aluminum Boat 40 HP outboard Engine by way of dismantling the propeller by putting a piece of wood block between propeller blade and anti-ventilation blade to hold propeller, then remove propeller by opening nuts & bolts, washers for the completion of work. The job then involves repairs to propeller vanes by way of tuning, finishing, welding etc for its actual shape & size. After proper repairs fitting it back and testing on full load.
