Disassembling of VT pump by way of: Disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump, dismounting of motor . Disassembling and segregation of various pump parts including discharge and column pipe, head and line shafts and couplings etc.

Providing, Fabrication and processing (Turning, finishing etc.) of specified Stainless Steel (SS-410) with varying dimensions of shaft along the length and with threaded end preparation at two places, keyways as per the sample. Certificate for conformity of the material to be provided by the contractor/firm.

Manufacturing providing and fitting of SS-410 check nut (80mm ID) with split key locking arrangement as per sample available for locking the thrust bearing

Providing, Fabrication, fitting and processing (Turning, finishing etc.) of Stainless steel (SS 410) muff coupling with dimensions as per sample.
