Isolating and disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing leads from auto transformer starter. Draining out transformer oil from the oil tank and collecting in a suitable vessel. Taking out the damaged auto transformer coil assembly from oil tank.

Complete replacement of suitable copper control wiring of ATS including cable ties, connections, tappings and insulation as per requirement

Providing, fitting and setting of (2NO+2NC) contact block electropneumatic timing relay.

Providing and fitting of L&T MNX 50, 3 pole contactor (AC-3 Duty) with specified coil voltage.

Providing and fitting of new AC coil to MNX 110 contactor

Complete winding of auto transformer coils by suitable electrolytic grade copper wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including allied jobs such as varnishing drying etc.

Fitting of autotransformer coil assembly in the starter oil tank, filling of t-oil in the tank, connecting all leads and load testing of the starter.

Providing and fitting of 96x96 mm flush type analog moving iron volt meter (Make: Rishab/AE/C&S/BCH).

Providing and fitting of 96x96 mm flush type analog moving iron ammeter ( 5 A CT operated) Make: Rishab/AE/C&S/BCH.

Providing and filling of transformer oil confirming to IS 335.

Connecting all leads and connections of starter and testing of starter on low load followed by full load.
