Self-Standing FRP Covers for all the source tanks: Design and supply of Self standing FRP tank cover (8 mm thickness) & end flange (15 mm thickness) design suitable site requirement to completely cover the existing Inlet screen chambers, Collection well, Pumping wells and other sewage handling tanks of the sewage pumping stations. The tank covers shall be robust enough to support the weight of persons walking on them during maintenance activities. Design with modular, allowing any portion or segment to be removed as needed for maintenance. Each cover shall include a suitable flanged connection for fitting according to site requirements and shall be securely anchored to the concrete tank wall using bolts along the tank wall.The covers shall have openings for any necessary piping or obstructions and shall include sufficient access points (hatch type) for equipment inside the tank without compromising the covers' structural integrity. It is more suitable UV resistance and external installations. Suitable manhole shall be provided for pumps and other equipment’s lifting and maintenance. Cover design shall be considered, easily removable type for maintenance and equipment lifting applications. Necessary walk way platform with handrails and Ladder shall be provided above the Collection Well and Pumping Well tank for pump lifting for avoid the walking above the tank covers. All the material of Walkway Grating, Handrails, Staircase shall be designed for FRP material with (i) Working Flatform: 1.0 m Width (ii) Handrails 1.0m Ht and (iii) Ladder Width 0.5 m Width.MoC: (i) MoC of tank cover in FRP with minimum 8 mm thickness and flange thickness in 15 mm. FRP construction shall be inner layer where gas exposure shall be with Vinyl ester resin of 3 fibre layers or minimum 3mm thickness, outler layers shall be of isophthalic resin fibre layers with top layer with gel coating for UV protection. MoC of all fasteners are in SS316.(ii) MoC of Handrails, Platform- Grating and Ladder shall be heavy duty solid FRP in Isophthalic resin with FRP layers. |
