| 4 | Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced wet mix macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud existing grass on road etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dust and applying a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at rhe rate of 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 6 | Material and labour for laying premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using graded crushed stone aggregate, grading 2 with nominal aggregate size 19mm, mixed with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 4% by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed .( Note-Mix will be prepared in Mix Plant of suitable capacity) |
