Charges for disconnecting the eletric supply to deffective 7.5 HP Vacuum motor pumpset, and dismantling from baseplate and conveying the same to nearest workshop through special coveyance, including all charges for lifting, loading, unloading etc at both side. (Data)

Charges for decoupling vacuum motor from pump and seperating the vacuum motor in to parts like stator, rotor,bearings etc and pulling out the burnt coils completely by cutting and pulling out from slots cleaning the slots neatly using sand paper petrol etc, insulating the slots with necessary insulating media,rewinding the stator completely with super enamelled copper winding wire of original guage,making all end connections,plugging the slots,taping the coils,heating imprignating the winding with best quality insulating varnish,baking the winding to get required IR value including changing the damaged lead wire with new PVC insulated copper wire with copper endsockets etc and testing the winding .

Charges for assembling the motor pump set in complete shape after rewinding and repair woks and conveying the motor pump set in to pump house from workshop through special conveyance and refitting the same r in position and leveling, correcting alignment, coupling with pump, giving all electrical connection and conducting trial run satisfactorily.(complete charges for lifting, leading, loading and unloading etc.) (Data) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
