Taking down shutters of any description of area exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame n exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4.00 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters & frames of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket as required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc; aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm, made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.
