| 6 | Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board, 415 Volts, 3 Phase & 4wire system, cubical out door type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable alley protected with bakelite sheet between bus bar & cable alley with front side shutters with locking arrangement, including TPN Aluminium bus bar insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeve of rating not less then 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer ACB/ MCCB and bus bar chamber covered both side using bakelite sheet partition and wire mesh to the back side of cable alley for the protection purpose . All type Test Certificates and Design varification with switch gears ( ACB & MCCB) as per confirming to IS/ IEC: 61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 with short circuit test at 65 KA, should be submitted by the contractor before executing the job. The TPN bus bar shall be mounted on F class insulators with intervals not more then 500 mm. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as incoming/outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. Short Time withstand (STC) rating of the RMU should be 25 kA for 1 sec. Load Break Switch should be type tested for mechanical endurance of min. 5000 nos. of operations (M2 class). RMU shall be suitable for operation at an altitude of upto 1000 meter above MSL.
