| 5 | Preventive Maintenance and Servicing of 22/0.415 KV Power Transformer outdoor type by disconnecting carefully electric connection on primary & secondary side by disconnecting incoming and outgoing HT/LT cables/sandwitch duct connection and remove the transformer tank top cover/lid, draining out the transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. and carrying out the maintenance work by experienced and qualified Engineer, dismantling the OLTC, dismantling HT/LT bushings from core winding and lifting the core assy carefully without damaging by using the tripod/ chainpully/crane etc, cleaning / removing the sludge from the transformer tank, cleaning the OLTC and checking the serviceability of the coil / core winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the coil/core assy, refixing of core/core assy, OLTC, HT/LT winding connection, connection of protective devices like buckholz relay connection, winding temperature indicator ,oil temperature indicator including fixing new gaskets to transformer top and all other places gaskets/washer, terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil incl improvement of insulation resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr in Charge.
