(ix) Ceiling : False ceiling with powder coated snap grid frame work. (ix) Internal Plaster – Internal 15 mm thick in CM (1:6)(x) Plinth Protection – 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 over stone hard core(xi) Dado/Skirting – Glazed ceramic tiles over 10 mm thick cement screed in CM (1:3) up to lintel height.(xii) Painting – Synthetic enamel paint on steel/wooden surface.(xiii) Joinery Window – aluminum powder coated window with Guard bars/grill(xiv) Finishes – Internal - 02 coats of oil emulsion distemper incl 1mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer. External - 02 Coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over one coat of primer. (xv) Antitermite treatment - As per IS-6313 Part-II : 2001 (xx) Mosquito proofing - All external doors & Windows (xxi) 18mm thick granite over CM 1:3 for steps(xvi) Mosquito Proofing – All external Door and window. |
