The item includes cost of all kinds of repair and replacement which may be required due to physical wear and tear, accidental damages, etc during complete 2 year period, all kind of taxes, transportation, supply, testing and commissioning, insurance against theft, Import Custom Duty, Custom Clearance, Freight Charges, Installation, Commissioning, etc.The proposed supply of boats shall conform strictly to the minimum recommended specifications for VVIP boats, as per the latest applicable norms, standards, and guidelines issued by Indian Register of Shipping and/or any other concerned Government of India authorities / statutory bodies, as applicable from time to time. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the provisions of the tender documents and the applicable Government of India norms or statutory requirements, the provision/specification having higher qualitative and/or quantitative standards shall prevail and shall be binding on the contractor, without any extra cost or claim whatsoever, as per the satisfaction & approval of Engineer In-charge.
