| 1 | Dismantling and lowering to ground for repair, inspecting defective of Window/Split type AC of capacity 1.5 and 2 Ton and re-installing the same after repair complete, testing and shifting to new locations if required as specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note: 1. Day to day complaints of different items should be attended within 12 hours and the equipment should be operational within 24 hours in case of Minor Complaints and within 72 hours for Major complaints. 2. Failure to attend the complaint within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of Rs 100 per day per complaint. and Rs. 50 for subsequent days. 3. Decision of Accepting Officer will be final in case of fine payment |
