| 1 | Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surpius excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts. |
| 3 | Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.in all leads and lifts. |
| 4 | Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window ills, fillets, sunken floor etc.. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse : sand) 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts. | 5 | The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge. |
| 6 | The cement shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag. |
| 7 | The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work. |
| 8 | Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works. |
| 9 | Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant. |
| 10 | Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work. |
| 11 | Material should be used of approved quarry. |
| 12 | The work should be completed within the stipulated period. |
| 13 | The rates Should be inclusive with GST and carriage |
| 14 | 1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor. |
| 15 | GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor. |
