M&L prepration of old plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern, using minimum 3 different approved tint/colour as approved by GE, complete as specified and directedNotes :(i) The rates quoted by the Contractor are deemed to be inclusive for use of scafolding and cradles including hoisting and lowering.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of Brick/concrete surfaces, using WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Water proofing compound (WPC) shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.
