Providing and fixing of HDPE spacer to be fitted in MS casing pipe of size 250 mm and carrier pipe of size 100 mm i/d complete job including labour charges, cartage charges of material to site of work complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge

Provision for probe radar survey to check any underground obstruction before finalizing the alignment complete in all respect as per approved.

Providing , laying and jointing of MS casing pipe ( Fe- 330 grade) fabricated as per IS : 3589 of 1991 from steel plates conforming to IS 2062 of following sizes including cutting, beveling, grinding and radio graphically welding of pipes as per IS-1182 complete in all respect by trenchless method and also exterior and interior surface of casing pipe to be grit blasted to Sa 2 1 / 2 to ISO 8501-1 followed by applications to 100% Elastomeric polyrethene coating to AWWA – C222- 1999 specification to 1000 dry thickness as per R.D.S.O. specification No. MandC/PCN.lll88 for protection against corrosion complete in all respect under railway track as per specification of Engineer - In - Charge (M.S 250 mm i/d 5.00 mm thickness)

Horizontal Boring /excavation of size 250 mm i/d and 260 mm o/d including pit making at entry and exit point to the precise dimensions for the Launch of the specialized Auger boring machine at depth as specified by Engineer - In - Charge in any soil condition but taking care of any underground utility like foundation etc. line coming in alignment under railway track. Complete in all respect including caution sign boards, signals, watching fencing, site clearance etc.

Providing and Insertion of M.S. carrier pipe (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS:1239 of 2004, Heavy Class-`C` with exterior and interior surface of carrier pipe to be grit blasted to Sa 2 1 / 2 to ISO 8501-1 followed by applications to 100% Elastomeric polyrethene coating to AWWA – C222- 1999 specification to 1000 dry thickness in MS casing pipe under railway track by providing Roller arrangement for smooth insertion and anchoring of pipe through out the length with HDPE spacers at a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contact of carrier pipe from casing pipe including cutting, jointing, radio graphically welding as per IS:1182 Hydraulic testing complete in all respect and also filling the annular space between casing and carrier pipe with cement concrete slurry including cartage of material to site of work complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. 100 mm i/d 5.00 mm thickness)
