Supply, erection and commissioning of Axial Flow water lubricated V.T. Pumps having discharge of 05 Cs capacity with lift upto 15’, with Y-Body along with bend and operating at speed of 1440 RPM complete in all respect with bends, nipple including jointing with rubber sheets, fabrications, transportation etc. at site as per technical specifications approved by I&WR Department, Haryana and satisfaction of site Engineer.

Supply of 30 HP motor, 415 volt(+/-10%), 50 Hz (+/-3%), 1440 RPM, 4 Pole IE2, TEFC, continuous duty vertical flange mounted solid shaft squirrel cage, induction motor as per technical specifications approved by I&WR Department, Haryana and satisfaction of site Engineer.

Providing and commissioning of 30 HP fully automatic star delta starter with MCCB 100 A, 3 pole 25 kA, Contactors, 40A, 40A, 40A microcontroller based protection relay, CT’s with all allied accessories with compatible cable upto motor for VT pump of 05 Cs capacity as per technical specifications approved by I&WR Department, Haryana and satisfaction of site Engineer.

Supply of MS Delivery pipe having 7.1 mm thickness, 12’’ diameter along with required M.S. flanges in accordance with IS 2062:1989 Grade-A with two coat of anti-corrosive bituminous based paint as per the satisfaction of site Engineer.

Supply and fixing of structural steel beams ISMB 300 for mounting/installation of V.T. Pumps in Pump house chamber as per as per the satisfaction of site Engineer.

S/E/C of LT Distribution Panel having Incomer MCCB of 200Amps, 4 pole, 35 kA and 2 nos. outgoings of 100 Amps, 3 pole 25 kA along with one No. MCCB of 63A, 4 pole for lighting loads with 10KVAR capacitor bank connected through suitable MCCB with each starter.
