Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for 21 Nos RO Plants (500 LPH), including supply and replacement of all required spares such as RO Membranes, Pressure Pumps, and Filter Vessels, (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark) along with freight and service charges. For all RO’s. It will be ensure that a qualified technical representative visits each plant on a quarterly regular, emergency & periodical basis for scheduled inspections and execute preventive maintenance activities and test the pressure vessels at regular intervals to ensure they are within design specifications and working properly.Breakdown calls received shall be addressed by the contractor within a timeframe of 24 to 48 hours to ensure minimal downtime.The responsibility for replacing necessary spares, including 15mm and 20mm pipelines, fittings, and uPVC valves, (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark) as required, labor will be included in the contract.All necessary chemicals, including antiscalants and sodium bicarbonate, will be provided by the contractor as part of the scope of AMC work, and necessary replacement and repair will be done, new installation will be covered in the scope of work only.AMC Contract include all costly items such as membranes, pressure pumps, and control panels in their scope (all items of approved make or equivalent to ISI mark.It will be ensure that all plants undergo membrane clean-in-place (CIP) procedures once every six months, which will be included as part of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).AMC firm will supply and fit all necessary gun metal gate valves where ever required for the operation of RO. (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark).The inclusion of pressure gauges will be the responsibility in AMC (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark).Providing & fitting UF filters as required will be part of AMC contract. (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark).All faulty multiport valves will be the responsibility of the AMC Firm for repair or replacement. (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark).The Firm have to manage the rectification or replacement of dosing pumps as needed with in scope of AMC. (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark).The firm will be responsible for providing all necessary cartridge filters and filter housings included in AMC. (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark).All beyond repairable or new pressure pumps shall be supplied by the Firm with in AMC contract (all items of approved existing make and equivalent to ISI mark).The firm shall ensure proper dosing of scale inhibitors and antiscalants to prevent scaling and maintain optimal RO system performance. All items of an approved existing make and equivalent to ISI-marked standards.The Firm shall ensure that pH and ORP are monitored continuously to prevent deviation from predetermined standards with in AMC contract.The firm shall ensure that RO water quality meets the permissible drinkable water standards and that no parameter exceeds the permissible limit. All dismantled part will be deposited by the firm to the department. It will be the responsibility of the firm to provide Biological & chemical water testing report of pre water & post water testing from recognised of govt institution or specialized water agency after major repairs.

Providing and fixing Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) pipes 32mm nominal bore, suitable for underground hot and cold water supply, ensuring thermal stability. The installation includes all necessary UPVC plain and brass-threaded fittings. (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark) The pipes will be fixed with clamps spaced at 1.00-meter intervals to secure the system. Jointing will be done using one-step UPVC solvent cement, and all joints will be tested for sealing and functionality in accordance with the Engineer-in-Charge's specifications for under ground pipe line.

The installation will include all necessary UPVC plain and brass-threaded fittings, with the pipes secured by clamps at 1.00-meter intervals. The jointing process will use one-step UPVC solvent cement, ensuring leak-proof connections. All joints will be thoroughly tested for integrity as per the Engineer-in-Charge's direction for under ground pipe line (all items of approved make and equivalent to ISI mark)
