Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -25 to 75mm thick .

Providing insulation blankets to the vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. including tying firmly with binding wire etc. as per instructions. (Labour only- Materials provided by the Company) -76 to 150mm thick.

Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws ,ceiling the joints with ceiling compound where ever required,etc. complete as per instructions (Labour only- Aluminium sheets and screws will be provided by the Company)

Stripping and removing the existing aluminium sheet covering work and insulation blankets of different thickness from pipelines, vessels, equipments etc. and disposing the re-usable Aluminium Sheet at places pointed out / MCD and transporting the dismantled wool to low lying areas within factory premises including transportation as per instructions.

Labour charges for providing 8mm dia bolts /10 gauge GI hooks up to 300 mm long by cutting, bending & welding to the steel surface to be insulated at 300mm C/C or wherever necessary as per departmental instruction for supporting insulation, including scaffolding wherever required etc. complete at all heights (GI bolt/ wire & welding rods will be issued by the company free of cost at our stores.)

Supplying of 20 SWG soft galvanised iron wire of best quality

Supplying of self tapping screw of No. 8 x19mm, Cadmium plated or galvanised of best quality

Supply at site of MS Flat 25x3 mm as per IS 2062

Labour charges for providing lugs and rings made out of MS/SS flats to the steel surface for supporting insulation to a thickness upto 250 mm to the required spacing including cutting, welding and placing in position with necessary scaffolding wherever necessary (Flat, welding rods and cutting gases etc. will be issued by the company free of cost at our stores)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
