| 1 | Note :-1) Bidder shall provide hard barricading as per given specification without any extra cost wherever required as directed by EIC.Providing & erecting high temporary barricading at site made of min 40X40X6mm angle iron or 50X50X3mm hollow MS tube posts/ horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63 mm thick MM sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5 mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawings /directions of EIC which includes writing & painting, glow lamps, reflective signs as directed by EIC. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading as many times as required during the execution of the entire work. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on the completion of work. 2) All safety & security regulations shall be followed strictly as per specifications & conditions of contract. All items shall be considered inclusive of scaffolding for all heights and depth and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.3) The contractor shall provide sleeveless Jackets to the workers in required pattern, colour showing name of contractor with address and telephone number as approved by the Engineer in charge. All the workers must wear the same while on duty.4) Contractor has to make his own arrangements for regulating the work by providing sign boards for Diversion, Men at Work. Danger, Work in progress, Diversions/ Change of Directions etc. at his own cost during exectutuion of work as directed by the Department.5) All items are inclusive of working under and in foul positions, muddy area etc., including pumping of water and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.6) Contractor shall provide Distribution Board and 4C X16 sq.mm cable of upto 100meters length at their own cost for obtaining temporary power supply from the department. The DB and power cable shall be as per the specifications of NFC. 7) Contractor shall fill the requisition form for providing temporary power supply and details of any equipment to be used at site (dewatering pump, cutting machine, drilling machines, etc) shall be indicated in the proforma annexed to requisition form.8) Contractor shall employ a licensed electrician to carryout electrical connections /terminations, measurement of earth pit resistance, insulation resistance of their installation and intimating the same to the department & also earthing shall be ensured throught existance of power supply. Intimation shall be given after completion of work for disconnection of supply and safe isolation of DB with last energy meter reading. |
| 2 | Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. |
| 3 | Felling down carefully trees of girth (measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level) including necessary excavation, removal / destruction of roots, filling the excavated pockets thus formed with good earth, compacting the same, cutting the trunks and branches of trees into suitable pieces, transporting, stacking and disposing the same at the location as directed by Engineer – in – Charge. |

| 8 | Earthwork excavation over Areas/foundations/drains/trenches/pits etc., upto required depths by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in all kinds of Soils except Soft and Hard Rock in both dry and wet conditions, dewatering if necessary, dressing the bottom and sides to required levels, profiles, slopes, etc.,backfilling around foundations, trenches and in plinth etc, with selected excavated earth in layers not exceeding 200mm in thickness, leveling, watering, consolidating disposing the surplus earth/spoils within a lead of 50m , levelling the areas including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc., complete all as directed and specified. |

ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd., KCP make) with river/manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed, but excluding Formwork. in foundation, footings, plinth beam, beam, slab chajjas, lintels, bed bloks staircases, walls etc.Note: Providing 100mm dia weep holes with UPVC pipe at 1 meter c/c distance in horizontal and vertical direction shall be provided wherever required as per the direction of EIC at no extra cost. |
| 24 | Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-35 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 or Portland Pozzolana Cement conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches/manholes etc. with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement. |
| 25 | Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates/ Plywood at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. in Foundations, footings, bases of columns, Lintels, beams, plinth beams, cantilevers, Window, Sill, copings all works etc as directed by EIC |
| 26 | Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position Reinforcement bars for Reinforced Cement Concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) bars/TMT Bars 500D conforming to IS 1786 (Latest Edition) from approved source of make of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL, Jindal including transporting to site, loading and unloading, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, removing of scales, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, fixing and tying in position with Two (2) strings of 18 Gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply, etc., complete as specified and directed.Note: Wherever required reinforcement bars shall be used to make coarse screens.
