Designing, Providing, Installation and Commissioning of RO Plant (20 m³/hr) and Supply of RO Treated Water from RO Plant (20,000 LPH Capacity) situated at DDA Flats, NPD-6, as per scope of work and special terms & conditions, including operation & maintenance of RO Plant for two years, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

1. Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for installation of the RO Plant and Operation & Maintenance (OPEX) cost shall be borne by the agency. 2. The rate per kiloliter for the two years is ₹97/- per KL, inclusive of 18%GST and overheads & profits of contractor. 3. The quoted cost includes all unit and Electro-Mechanical components, consumables, including complete operation & maintenance of the RO 20 M³/hr Plant. 4. Bore well installation and permission for extraction of raw water (50,000 LPH) from Delhi Jal Board (DJB) shall be the responsibility of DDA. 5. Underground Water Reservoirs (UGRs) for water storage shall be arranged or constructed by DDA. Distribution line upto the UGR shall be laid by the agency. 6. Electricity charges for operating the plant shall be borne by DDA. 7. Average consumption is 2,50,000 liter/day and minimum consumption is 2,00,000 liter/day. 8.
