Providing and fixing of stone idols/artifacts of various sizes on existing pedestals made of MS steel frame with plywood/stone cladding. The work involves precision profile cutting of the top plywood (12mm/18mm) to match the artifact footprint; providing and fixing of 1st-quality Teakwood bidding/moulding around the base to provide a recessed finish; providing internal MS structural reinforcement/cross-members to the existing frame for load distribution (for heavy artifacts); and structural bonding using two-part epoxy resin (Araldite Standard or equivalent) mixed with matching stone-dust pigment. Item includes all specialized tools, diamond-tipped cutters, lifting, leveling, Careful cleaning of artifacts using non-chemical methods, joining of broken fragments or stabilizing cracks using specialized stone-grade adhesives and cleaning to ensure a museum-grade finish as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
